The 150 charge covers 3 hrs of work, which is most software based issues. $65 covers less than one hour Diagnostics.

Cracked Screens, and other replacements, software issues fall into this category. $119Â covers expertise labor, with parts additional. Ex) an older iPhone charge would be total around $134 - $175. With the added charge being the cost of the parts.

A Scam check alleviates issues with phone calls / emails that have led to someone installing hackware on your computer and transferring funds to an unknown location. We immediately take your drive out of your computer and run thorough viral/malware scans in our server. We remove them. (Our last one had 402 to remove! (05/08/24)) Then we install and boot your machine, and run even more scans with local software. We've had customers come in saying they have been "taken" for $800-$20,000 by scammers all a cross the world. By keeping the correct software recommendations, our clients are better off moving forward!

House Calls : $99 / hr. Good idea for internet connection issues, or WE DO LEARNING SESSIONS IN HOME!
Business Calls: $99 / hr. ($150/hr Networking)
